To qualify for a return or refund, the item(s) must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

You are eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The product was damaged during shipping (eligible for free exchange or refund)
  • The product appears to have been tampered with

Important Notes

  • Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you cancel or request a refund, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
